Georges Miez (October 2, 1904 – April 21, 1999) was a Swiss gymnast, Olympic Champion and World Champion. He competed at the 1924, 1928, 1932 and 1936 Summer Olympics, winning a total of four Olympic gold medals, three silver medals and one bronze medal.[1]

Miez made his Olympic debut in the 1924 Summer Olympics in Paris, where he obtained a bronze medal in Team Combined Exercises as a member of the Swiss team. In the 1928 Summer Olympics in Amsterdam he won three gold medals and one bronze medal, becoming the most successful athlete there. In 1932 he obtained a silver medal, and in 1936 one individual gold medal a silver medal with the Swiss team. Miez became World Champion in 1934.
